House Rules

LaVida is a small, quiet, privately owned residential community.

Creating disturbances or annoyances or shouting, playing loud music, or horseplay will not be accepted.

10 guests is the maximum number of people allowed to stay at Casa Jazmin.

Quiet time starts at 10:00 p.m. particularly in all common areas including the Beach Club, pathways, elevators, and on private terraces so as to not disturb neighbors.

At the Beach Club you must close the beach gates following use and wash sand from feet and swimsuit at the wash station at the top of the stairs when returning from the beach.

Smoking is prohibited on LaVida grounds.

No audio equipment at the Beach Club without earbuds.

Children under 12 must be continuously supervised by the adult Guest(s) at the Beach Club.

Glass bottles and utensils are not allowed in the Beach Club area. Food and beverages are not allowed in the pool or spa.

No Animals are allowed by Guests.

Guests may invite day Visitors to LaVida until 9:00 p.m. or later if permitted by the Administrator. Guest’s Visitors may not use the facilities at the Beach Club or the parking garage.

Towels and clothing must not be hung on balcony railings or anywhere in view of the residents.

Damage or loss of personal objects ‐ is the sole responsibility of the Guests.
